1. Pre-Sales Consultation

Not sure which size of pet collar fits your dog? Want to know the material of our pet toys? Or have questions about product applicability for different pets (dogs, cats, small animals, etc.)? Our team is familiar with every product detail and will help you make the best choice based on your pet's characteristics (age, weight, habits).

2. Order & Shipping Inquiries

We promise to ship your order within 48 hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). You can check your order status and logistics information at any time through your account. If you haven't received your package within the expected time or encounter logistics abnormalities, please feel free to contact us, and we will track the progress for you in real time.

3. After-Sales Support

Your satisfaction and your pet's comfort are our top priorities. We provide a 7-day no-questions-asked return and exchange service for all products (excluding personalized customized products). If you receive damaged, defective or wrong products, please take photos/videos of the products and packaging and contact us immediately. We will provide you with solutions such as free replacement or full refund without returning the goods, to minimize your trouble.
