3.1 Delivery Service

3.2 Receipt Inspection
You or your designated recipient shall inspect on the spot whether the goods packaging is intact, whether the product quantity is consistent with the order, and whether the product has obvious damage when receiving the goods. If you find problems such as damaged packaging, missing products, or damaged products, you shall immediately refuse to sign for receipt, take photos/videos on the spot to retain evidence, and contact our customer service for processing. IV. Return, Refund & After-Sales Service
4.1 Return & Refund Conditions
If you find that the product has quality problems (non-human damage, non-post-use damage) after receiving it, you can contact our customer service within 7 days after signing for receipt, provide photos/videos of the product problems and order information. After verification and confirmation by us, you can handle free return or exchange, and the freight shall be borne by us. Custom pet products and close-fitting pet supplies (such as pet collars, bandanas, pet beds, etc.) will not be returned or exchanged without quality problems; for returns and exchanges due to non-quality reasons (such as personal preference, wrong purchase, etc.), you need to apply within 7 days after signing for receipt on the premise that the product is unopened, unused and does not affect secondary sales, and the freight shall be borne by you.
4.2 After-Sales Service Process
When you apply for return, refund or after-sales service, you shall cooperate with our customer service to provide relevant evidence materials, and we will complete the verification and feedback the processing plan within 3 working days. After agreeing to the return or exchange, you shall send the product back to the designated address within the time specified by us, and the product shall be properly packaged to avoid damage during transportation. After we receive the returned product and pass the inspection, we will complete the refund or exchange shipment within 3-7 working days.
